FREE U.S. SHIPPING

Crystal + Ora offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. International shipping is not currently available.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Crystal + Ora is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Shipping carriers may experience delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Crystal + Ora is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist when possible.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at contact@crystalandora.com with your order number.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, ask members of your household, and contact the carrier. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before the package arrives.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within three days of delivery at contact@crystalandora.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available. Any future international destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout when offered.
